No. As previously mentioned the support necessary for a full "realization" must start with basic, organic actions, immediately available that are mostly free of cost. Demand must be demonstrated! With people understanding the strategy and plan offered - and then acting by organizing around their command of this material - it will be. As people use their talents behind stage and in front, matters of broader organization and funding take care of themselves.
