Who For

It is only through the efforts of the motivated and intelligent few that a greater public enlightenment is made possible

You are an American who is extremely concerned about the unfavorable direction their country is taking and the explicit threat this presents to your life/future
You realize the problems go much deeper than "partisan bickering"
You understand that a demand for an impossible brevity is impossible and that a serious solution to gigantic problems can’t be explained, or understood, in 30 seconds or with 140 characters
You understand typical elite-based methods of corrective action has consistently failed us and that a very different approach is necessary
You are aware of the failures and conflicts in our many media, but understand that without a workable media, nothing can work
You agree that strategically using - not abandoning - our system and politics is desirable and makes for feasibility (which is pretty important!)
You are very distressed by the illusion and delusion that surround you, and wish to separate from that - but not give up!
You understand that the gravity of the situation requires active collaboration with like-minded others and building a collective self-reliance is absolutely necessary to any change
You believe that the capable, so-called ordinary citizen has much to offer but must be organized and are frustrated that no path has been created to enable that
You agree that there is no way anything can happen without a "committed few" making a serious effort, and that positive change won’t come from point-and-click alone
You fit that bill of advanced citizen; you are willing to deliberate carefully and with an open mind in pursuit of a solution
All Americans can eventually make simple, undemanding, yet really important contributions to this effort, even if their interest in public affairs motivates them to a lesser degree.

The "uncommon power dynamics article" clearly demonstrate how a simple act of registration can cause very significant effects.
But first the trail must be blazed by those who, upon seeing the opportunity, are highly motivated to act.
Fortunately, only small numbers of such committed people working together are all that is necessary to clear that path.
Should that happen, perhaps we will meet again.
